El Bulli

Half a century of innovation, sensory exploration of the highest order and global acclaim culminated in chef Ferran Adria being recognized as the man who single handedly redefined the grammar of gastronomy. This is the first exhibition anywhere celebrating the extent of the achievements at El Bulli and attempting to encapsulate the history and ideas behind Adria's work so far. There is a persuasive case to be made for his being the most profound innovator in any medium for decades. The impact of Adria's thinking has been felt across continents. This is an engrossing exhibition celebrating one of history's great sensualists. Until September the 29th.
